A cover letter in the same style as your CV

A cover letter explains why you are the right person for the job. In Krijo CV you write it in the same project as your CV, and it picks up your name, contacts, colour and font automatically.

  1. Start from a draft

    Choose the type of application: advertised job, internship, career change or speculative application. Then replace the parts in [brackets].

  2. Three to five paragraphs

    Why this role, what you bring with a concrete example, and a closing that invites a meeting.

  3. Address the right person

    If you know the recruiter’s name, use it in the salutation. The CV check reminds you about the company and the salutation.

  4. PDF or Word

    Download it as a PDF to send, or as Word if the company asks for an editable document.
